Do I need a referral to come in?
No referral is needed to talk with us. A consultation is always free. If your care moves forward, a physician prescription is typically required for insurance — we will help you coordinate that.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will discuss your goals, options, insurance, and what to expect before anything else.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept many insurance plans and will verify your benefits and explain coverage before you commit to anything. Bring your insurance information to your consultation.
How long does it take to get a device?
It varies by device and your healing, but our expedited adjustable-fit programs (RevoFit and Infinite Socket) are designed to get you into a comfortable fit faster than the traditional timeline.
Can I switch to Quantum from another provider?
Absolutely. Many of our patients come to us for a second opinion. Bring your current device and we will tell you honestly what we would do differently — no pressure.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance information, any relevant prescriptions or medical records, and your current device if you have one.
Which locations are open and when?
We have six clinics across Illinois, Indiana, and Nevada. Most are open Monday–Friday; our Munster, IN clinic runs by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See the Locations section for details.
