Our founder
Quantum was founded by Vikram Choudhary, CPO/LPO, who grew up in Kashmir, where he witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of limb loss — and the pressing need for more compassionate, personalized care. With more than two decades in the field, training that spans the All India Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and clinical work in Australia, and experience across leading O&P organizations, Vikram built Quantum to help people live a life without limitations.
A growing family of clinics
Quantum has grown into a family of clinics across three states. In 2024, Quantum welcomed Northern Prosthetics & Orthopedic of Rockford into the group, and our Nevada clinics operate as Advanced Prosthetics & Orthotics. Together, our practices hold the same commitment to every patient — different names in different communities, one standard of care.
Working with leading surgeons
We collaborate closely with leading surgeons on advanced techniques such as targeted muscle reinnervation (TMR), giving patients the best possible foundation for an advanced prosthesis.
Dr. Edgardo R. Rodriguez-Collazo, DPM — Director of the Chicago Foot & Ankle Deformity Correction Center, specializing in complex lower-limb reconstruction and in TMR and trans-tibial amputation techniques that reduce phantom pain.
Dr. Sanjib Behera, MS (Ortho), DNB (Rehab) — an orthopedic and rehabilitation surgeon with more than 20 years of experience across joint replacement, arthroscopy, trauma, and reconstructive surgery.
