Every open Quantum clinic offers the same technology and the same comfort-first approach to care:
Our Munster clinic on Calumet Avenue serves Northwest Indiana — the Region — and nearby south-suburban Illinois. We regularly care for patients from Munster, Highland, Hammond, Schererville, Dyer, Griffith, Crown Point, and Northwest Indiana (the Region).
We work with Medicare, Indiana Medicaid (IHCP), and most major commercial plans, plus workers’ compensation and VA referrals. Before your first visit we verify your benefits and explain any out-of-pocket cost — clearly, and up front. See our cost & insurance guide for details.
Your first appointment is a free consultation — no referral required to start. We listen to your goals, examine your residual limb or the area we’re bracing, and talk through realistic options before any device is made. If you decide to move forward, we capture a cast or 3D scan, fit a test socket or brace, fine-tune the alignment, and follow up to keep the fit comfortable as your body changes.
