Before Quantum, he worked with Lurie Children's Hospital and served as an assistant coach for Team USA Women's Wheelchair Basketball, earning a bronze medal at the Tokyo Paralympics and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee's Order of Ikkos.
